Member Spotlight: Lynda Stear

Lynda worked for over three decades in nursing as a bedside and home care nurse, and a psychiatric nurse instructor. She was a manager and educator in homecare and Director of Nursing in three care facilities. During her second career, Lynda was employed as a medical writer in the pharmaceutical industry. She now enjoys free-lance writing in her retirement years and restarted her online ministry, livingseasonsminstry.co. She also cofounded and participates in a Word Weavers International Christian writer’s group in North Carolina.

Lynda has shared her extensive experience in leadership and management with IHCNO providing advice on fund raising.
